What is the purpose of this program?

The purposes of this program are

• To develop project preparation culture and awareness in SMEs,
• Enhancing enterprises’ project developing capacity.

Who can apply to this program?

SMEs that are recorded at KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization) database can apply to this program.

What is the program and project limits?

Program period: 3 years,
Project period: 6-24 months (12 months can be added according to project subject and commission ruling).
Support upper limit: 150.000 TL,
Support ratio: 50% for 1st and 2nd regions;  60% for 3rd and 4th regions.

What is the application date?

There is no time restriction. It is possible to apply in every day of the year.

What are the supported project subjects?

Manufacturing, administration – organization, marketing, foreign trade, human resources, fiscal transactions and financing, information management and the fields related with these subject.

What are supported project costs?

• The board decides which project costs to be supported.
• KOSGEB support for machinery-equipment, raw materials and tools in the project scope cannot be more than 10% of the total KOSGEB support admitted by the Board.
